"I left a bad review, and had to delete!! Afterwards I saw other reviews saying the bottles had no leaks. So I thought to check for operator error, and sure enough the smaller seal under the lid had slipped off the plastic piece and no longer lined up over the pressure hole causing it to practically pour when upside down. I put it back and, no leaks! So…. If you’re struggling with leaks, check the small seal! Love the water bottle!"
"I ordered one in both colors for my kids. When my order arrived both bottles were not in the box. I contacted customer service and they sent out replacement bottles. I received the replacements today and both bottles are damaged. One is dented in two places, on the side and bottom and the other bottle is dented on the bottom. Huge disappointment with these bottles. They were shipped in a mailer bag and not a box like the original order. Not the best idea to mail these without proper packaging."
"I was hesitant about this water bottle because of the spout being different, but it has worked out great for my first grader. I love the pop of blue. It keeps drinks cold for a long time. I do advise being careful and checking for leaks when you reassemble-you have to make sure both parts of the cap are in the right spot/pushed down or it will leak. We have had no leaks as long as I check those spots. I love the loop on the back for hanging. It opens very easily as well."
"Unfortunately, these water bottles leak and are hard to open. My daughters leaked all over her book bag the first day of school. The button is hard to open for my 3 1/2 year old. It has potential if they didn’t leak! I like that they are stainless steel and the spout is nice because you don’t have to mess with a straw."
"I really like the water bottles. They do hold the test of time. The only downside on this water bottle is that sometimes the mouthpiece will move slightly, leaving a small gap, creating a leak. So I have to be very vigilant when I screw the cap on to the water bottle."
"I love the look and feel. The materials are high quality and I don’t need to worry about paint flaking off or plastic getting in the water. Some of the lids open and close easily and some of them require too much effort for my almost 3 years old, which is my main complaint. If he can’t close it we are guaranteed to have spills, and that’s a bummer. I will totally recommend, specially for 4 years old and up."
