"I did not read the description well enough and this bag is not insulated. My mistake! That said, I'm unclear who is packing a lunch that doesn't need some sort of insulation for hot or cold meals. Bag is great generally but not ideal for most lunches."

"We just got this bag for our Shuttle. And so far I really like it! The inside lining seems waterproof, but it is not insulated. We will see how it holds up over the school year. We are planning to use it as a snack bag for my elementary kiddo. I think the ice pack can nicely fit with the Shuttle in it with some room to spare for cutlery."
