Not worth it

"Not a long-lasting option. The care instructions say to spot clean only and not wash or submerge the bag in water, probably because there is a piece of cardboard stitched inside to help the bag keep its shape. With kids, occasional spills are inevitable, and based on my past experience with lunch bags, I would eventually need to wash it properly. Unfortunately, this one doesn’t seem designed for that. The design is very nice and practical, but in terms of durability and long-term use, I wouldn’t consider it a lasting option."

We love these bags

"We love these bags. We finally replaced our old ones that our kids have had for a couple of years because they had gotten pretty grimy. I wish these were easier to clean/could go in the wash, since sometimes things can get a little gross along the inside seams, but we make sure to stay on top of cleaning any internal spills same day and find that these bags generally hold up really well. The pockets and internal sleeve are great."

Great Lunch Bag!

"We’ve been really happy with the PlanetBox Rover Lunch Bag! It’s well made, durable, and fits the Rover lunchbox perfectly. It’s also easy for kids to carry and keeps everything together nicely. My only complaint is that I wish the bag were just a little bigger so there was enough room to fit a thermos along with the Rover. We like to pack hot lunches sometimes, so having space for both would make this bag absolutely perfect. Other than that, it’s a great quality lunch bag and we’re very happy with it!"

Great size!

"This lunch bag is the perfect size for the PlanetBox lunch box, water bottle, and ice pack. My favorite part might be the oversized snack pouch on the front. Love the color and pattern options and the carry handle + strap. Easy to clean material and helps keep lunch cold or hot. Love it"

Amazing lunchbox

"We are very happy with our purchase of the stainless steel lunchbox, fun and durable lunch bag and the personalized magnets that make having lunch at school fun! The only complaint is the zipper hooks seem to break faster than anything else but the rest of the lunch bag is holding strong after a few years so we decided to purchase another one, knowing it will last"

Zipper is the weak point

"We love our lunchbox, but we’re now on our 3rd carry bag in 3 years. The zipper is consistently the weak point, with zipper pulls breaking or becoming misaligned. Our newest bag doesn’t zip smoothly, and I’m wondering how long before it breaks, too."

Great bag lasts about 8 months

"We have the lunchboxes that go inside but it starts to get holes inside and get very worn and doesn’t last for longer than a school year. I do like that I can wash it and do wish that there were more colors and patterns. We will continue to purchase this bag as we love the steel lunch box itself."
