"We LOVE this lunch box, as we do all of our other lunch boxes from Planet Box - they're sturdy and stay closed but are not too heavy, wash well, great compartment sizes. I was also super pleased with the customer service I received on this order. My first shipment got lost, and the company immediately sent a new one and then kept me updated throughout as I waited for the second shipment. Thanks!"

"Update: Somehow I overlooked an email received a couple days before I left this review and I'm SOOO happy to report that PlanetBox more than made up for the error. I'm so glad because I've been a big fan of everything we've ordered! We placed a large order of multiple items, but what we received was incorrect from what we ordered. I've tried to reach customer service for longer than a week, sending three messages now via email and socials; however, I have yet to receive ANY response. We've never had a problem with past orders, so we've never needed to reach out. Now that there is an issue it seems that customer service is non-existent...?? So very disappointing and frustrating!"
"Love the size of the sections. However, the biggest downside is that you can't really fill the entire Large entree section with a non-dry item. I wish Planetbox would make a large container with lid that fills the entire entree section. Instead, they only make containers with lids that fill up about 2/3 of the entree section."
"The product is made well and the magnetic covers are very cute. For my elementary girls, the size is too large & weight is too heavy (without any food) to carry for a regular packer. This plus a stainless waterbottle each day plus their typical school belongings is too much weight for their little shoulders to carry."

Finally, I can pack my daughter a sandwich without the icepack making it soggy or moist. I've waited 2 years to make the purchase and wish I'd done it sooner. "Feels like it will last for many years to come! Everything feels like high quality materials, including the silicone lids of the little dippers. Love the different compartment sizes and haven’t had any issues with leakage, though I haven’t stress tested it with anything super saucy yet. Dippers seem like they should contain everything well enough."
"unfortunately, we were disappointed with it. The biggest issue is that it’s not very kid-friendly. My child has a hard time opening and closing the lid because it requires too much force. A lunch box designed for children should be easy for them to use independently. I’m also concerned about the durability. The metal edges don’t feel well-finished, and it seems like they could start rusting or become rough after regular use. If that happens, the sharp edges could potentially cause cuts, which is a safety concern. Overall, the quality did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend this lunch box for young children."
"I ordered two of the same lunchboxes. One works great. The other is physically stuck, and unable to be moved without using tools. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back yet. Love the lunchbox, but it’s pretty pricey to have one out of two not be functional and not be able to return or get ahold of anybody."
