Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter (bring your own jar to fill at the market)
2/3 cup sugar (can be found in bulk section)
1 egg at room temperature
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients in bowl
- Scoop dough into tablespoons and place on silicone baking sheet
- Flatten cookies with fork, creating a crosshatch pattern
- Bake for 10 minutes
