Almond Butter Cookies


1 cup almond butter (bring your own jar to fill at the market)

2/3 cup sugar (can be found in bulk section)

1 egg at room temperature



  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl
  3. Scoop dough into tablespoons and place on silicone baking sheet
  4. Flatten cookies with fork, creating a crosshatch pattern
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
