"I bought my first item from PlantBox in 2019 and it was THIS shuttle box. I got it for a snack box for my oldest son when he was going into preschool. It has now been used by all 3 of my kiddos, every day since then. When they go to kindergarten I have got them the larger lunch boxes and about to buy my 3rd and final lunch box for my youngest and it will be a PlanetBox. I have never had to replace a box or anything else (except a water bottle that was left at a park). Customer service is amazing. I think I have only had to talk to them once and it wasn’t a product issue, it was to get a replacement part they didn’t sell at the time because my kid preferred the straw bottle over the open mouth style. Also, the price hasn’t changed!!!"
