"I feel accomplished that I am able to give my daughter a safe and healthy eating experience while at school. My daughter also doesn’t like certain foods touching, so with all the compartments, she can have her fruit, pasta, and snacks separate for a more appealing lunch experience! "I wanted something to take with me for my two year old, but something that would clean easily (i. e. dishwasher friendly) and as non-toxic as reasonably possible. I heard about Planetbox and thought I'd give it a shot. I was nervous as it is a bit pricier than the other ones I was looking at but since the day we got it we haven't used anything else! I don't have to carry around a bunch of different containers of snacks and meal items, and my son (2) loves the autonomy of choosing which items he wants to eat from the options in the box so it keeps him engrossed."

"After learning too much about how dangerous plastics are, we swapped out our lunchboxes for these and honestly can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner. For something we use every single day, this one was a no brainer for us. The only downside was that it is a pretty custom size, so it doesn’t fit in our existing lunch bags, so we came back to order lunch bags and I don’t hate that!"
"I was excited to find a lunch box that wasn’t made of plastic and that I can throw in the dishwasher - I was tired of plastic lunch box parts cluttering my counter and taking so long to dry. The Rover held up great in the dishwasher. My 3 year old is able to easily open and close the latch and loves being a big kid. This holds a lot of food, and I love that everything is separated for her, like she prefers. The material feels thick and sturdy, I know this will last for years to come!"
"Very happy with the quality and durability of the rover, shuttle, and launch. Love the dipper containers too! After a couple years of using cheap plastic lunch containers, it was time to limit our microplastic exposure and start loving packing food - something I spend countless hours doing. My 4 year old and 6 year old can for the most part open and close them, and I love that we can use them with or without magnets. Planetbox was recommended by a friend who has used a hand me down for a while, and that’s what convinced me to prioritize healthy food storage for this school year and beyond. It is well made, I feel good about lunchbox made from sustainable materials, and the multiple compartments work for getting my kiddo to actually eat what I pack because it’s never a boring meal now. "Love! Very easy to clean. I usually just hand wash it because nothing sticks to it and it’s super quick. I also love that my young kids are able to latch the lunch boxes by themselves. Some companies make it a super tight clasp and it’s hard for my 4 year old to close it up but these are just right for her. I’ve already gotten 4 lunch boxes and I’m excited to get more!"
"I heard about Planetbox about four years ago when a mom at my son’s preschool was talking about how she actually ran over it with her car and it wasnt damaged. Glad I finally ordered one! Love the simplicity of this box. It’s easy to wash by hand ; I have not put in the dishwasher yet. It’s so durable - i could probably use it as a weapon if I had to. I don’t plan on running over it but it’s nice to know that I can. I’ve also been using the included magnets and add one from my collection every day to surprise my son."
"We've had two that we've been using for camp for the past 2-3 years and they are great. We just got another for our youngest. We did have to replace the tote we put the lunchboxes in after two years because they started to smell and have a few spots of mold, but the lunchboxes themselves are good as new."
