Teri emailed me back and fixed the issue and credited back the shipping costs for both orders because in total, I met the free shipping requirements. Then I ordered square lids but had found containers in the lunch box. Sent another email and hadn’t heard anything for a few days. Then yesterday, I received two round lids in the mail.
