"This company, by far, has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. First order, I forgot to order ice packs. Teri emailed me back and fixed the issue and credited back the shipping costs for both orders because in total, I met the free shipping requirements. Then I ordered square lids but had found containers in the lunch box. Sent another email and hadn’t heard anything for a few days. Then yesterday, I received two round lids in the mail. Who does this anymore???? Bravo Planetbox! You have a life long customer."
