"My kids can carry this thing themselves with no problem, and it’s so easy to wipe clean after a messy day. It fits our PlanetBox Rover lunchbox or the thermos perfectly, and I love the divided sections for keeping things organized. The leakproof containers that come with it are clutch for fitting in extra snacks. Plus the designs are just so cute. My kids and I are both obsessed - highly recommend!"
"Like the larger zipper pouch inside that fits larger ice packs (or two small). Like the extra zipper storage on outside. The thermos holder could be a tad larger. It fits the thermos fit now if I squeeze it in, but worry about it ripping over time. Overall, highly recommend."
"Update: Somehow I overlooked an email received a couple days before I left this review and I'm SOOO happy to report that PlanetBox more than made up for the error. I'm so glad because I've been a big fan of everything we've ordered! We placed a large order of multiple items, but what we received was incorrect from what we ordered. I've tried to reach customer service for longer than a week, sending three messages now via email and socials; however, I have yet to receive ANY response. We've never had a problem with past orders, so we've never needed to reach out. Now that there is an issue it seems that customer service is non-existent...?? So very disappointing and frustrating!"
"We've had this bag for one year. I love the design and slim profile. Full zipper allows us the dry out and reduce mold concerns. The problem is the liner. We had one bag replaced through the warranty program which was easy to do and much appreciated. However, the replacement bag after 2 weeks of use is also experiencing the same issue. I want to purchase a replacement but it doesn't seem like a good investment."
"I've been purchasing PlanetBox products for about 10 years and have always loved them. I was surprised to see that the Insulated Lunch Box has changed; it feels a bit more flimsy now and no longer has the sturdy structure it used to have. I'm wondering if this affects its ability to keep lunches cool."
"My daughter is so excited about her new lunch box. As a new middle schooler that is now making her own lunches, I appreciate the variety of lunch boxes and containers that it holds and how it opens up completely flat for easy cleaning and loading. The zippered pocket in the front is useful for snacks. My only feedback is that I wish the other front pocket also had a zipper. It's too small for water bottles and all other small things that fit that pocket seem to fall out when it's in her backpack."
"Because the Rover is so large it doesn't fit universally in just any old lunch bag, you have to buy this. And while it's cute and functional, the material is not long lasting. Fortunately, it did last at least through one school year of kindergarten, but now we need a new lunch bag for this year. By the end of the year the corners had holes, spills were difficult to clean properly, and it started smelling weird. The material used is not ideal for a lunch bag, the outside is fabric, but you're only supposed to spot clean it, and it gets dirty. The inside seems like it's just fabric lined with a thin layer of plastic material and it's not ideal for cleaning or truly water proof to protect from spills. I won't be repurchasing this time around."

"The lunchbox that goes inside will last for years and years - so we have no choice but to get the cover that matches the size. My daughter is 6 and this is the third lunchbox cover that we have putchased for the same interior box. Really wish they would improve the design because the plastic film that is supposed to cover the fabric portion gets consistently torn and it makes it very hard to clean."
