"Quality has gone down significantly since I bought my son his first one in 2021. They’ve switched over to cheap, thin plastic material. It used to be a thick, durable fabric. Will likely return as it won’t last 5+ years like the older one, I’m sure it’ll rip in 1-2 weeks. Literally feels like a plastic sheet."

"Both of my kids used this bag throughout elementary school. The inability to actually wash these is a big problem, as the bags have become stained and smelly. While the interior fabric is easy to wipe, any spills seep into the seams and cannot be cleaned. I have tried wiping down the outside fabric, but it really needs a full soak, and with the cardboard insert sewn in, this isn’t possible. We take care of our things to avoid generating more waste, and I’m disappointed these will have to be trashed. While we love the lunchboxes themselves, their size also makes it difficult to find bags that fit. For a brand committed to sustainability, you absolutely need to make changes so these are washable and not garbage when they become soiled"
