5-6 kale leaves
2 tablespoons craisins
1 tablespoon almond slivers
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Honey
1. Trim ribs and stems from kale and chop leaves into bite sized pieces.
2. Whisk dressing ingredients together.
3. Toss kale in dressing and massage softly with hands to soften leaves.
4. Sprinkle salad with craisins & almond slivers
*This salad keeps well and will become even more tender by lunchtime!
