Sesame Noodle Salad

If you’re like us, we crave some serious comfort food on frosty days. Though served cold, this Sesame Noodle Salad will keep bellies warm all winter long. 
Sesame Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

2-4 oz (1/4- 1/2 package) Forbidden/Black Rice Noodles

2 Tbsp shelled edamame

2 tsp sesame seeds

 

Dressing:

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp rice vinegar

1/2 tsp sesame oil

 

Directions:

  1. Boil water and add noodles.
  2. Cook 5 minutes until tender, drain, and rinse with cool water.
  3. Add noodles to lunchbox and top with edamame and sesame seeds.
  4. Mix dressing ingredients in Dipper.
