Icy Veggie Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup cannellini beans, drained

1 Tablespoon olive oil 

1 teaspoon chopped garlic 

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Salt, to taste

Blue food coloring

Green food coloring

 

Directions:

1. Combine beans, lemon, and salt in food processor. Process until smooth.

2. Separate dip into 2 bowls and color each a different shade of blue/green using a couple drops of food coloring to desired shade.

3. Pour each color into Big Dipper and swirl using a spoon.

4. Serve with veggie sticks. 

 

*Many natural markets offer artificial dye-free food coloring
