8 Frozen Arctic Chill Recipes to Keep Summer Lunches Cool

1. Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for the smoothest pour. Fill the pouch to the fill line and freeze upright.

2. Creamy Lemonade

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • ¼ cup cold water
Instructions:

Blend or whisk all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Fill the pouch to the fill line and freeze upright.

3. Pineapple Coconut

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz coconut water 
Instructions:

Stir together and pour directly into the pouch to the fill line. Freeze upright. No blending needed.

4. Sweet Peachy Tea

Ingredients:
  • 4 oz caffeine-free peach tea, brewed and cooled
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste
Instructions:

Steep one peach tea bag in ½ cup hot water for 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste while still warm, then let cool completely to room temperature. Fill the pouch to the fill line and freeze upright.

5. Lime + Honey Electrolytes

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 3 oz cold water
Instructions:

Stir all ingredients together until the honey and salt are fully dissolved. Fill the pouch to the fill line and freeze upright.

6. Cucumber Mint Refresher

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup cucumber, seeds removed, peeled, and chopped
  • 4-5 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 3 oz cold water
  • ½ tsp honey, optional
Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until very smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any fibers. Fill the pouch to the fill line and freeze upright. 

7. Blueberry Lemonade

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ½ oz cold water
  • 1-2 tsp Honey, agave, or maple syrup
Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove skins. Fill the pouch to the fill line and freeze upright.

8. Mango Tango

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 3 oz Base liquid (water, orange juice, or plain yogurt)
  • Honey, agave, or maple syrup to taste
Instructions:

Blend mango and your choice of base liquid with sweetener until completely smooth. Fill the pouch to the fill line and freeze upright.

Note: Orange juice gives the brightest flavor, water keeps it light, and yogurt makes it creamy and thicker when frozen.
