My tofu salad sandwich is made using 1/4 a block of tofu, 2 tbsp hummus, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tsp chives, and 1 tsp mustard. Crush tofu and mix remaining ingredients well until turmeric is blended throughout and it turns yellow. Stuff in a whole grain pita pocket with greens and cucumbers for extra crunch."
