Take a Bao!


+ Crispy cauliflower and tofu bao

+ Edamame 

For the bao:

Toss the cauliflower and tofu in a rice flour batter (brown rice flour + garlic + cumin + smoked paprika + salt and pepper mixed w water to form a thin batter) and roast until crispy. Quick pickle the carrots and then steam the bao wrappers from frozen
