My lunch

"My lunch:
• Baked potato with cheddar, broccoli & bacon
• Orange slices
• Homemade kraut
• Chili lime pistachios
• Fuji apple
• Chocolate chips
 
Are you a fan of #fermentedfoods? I've been buying locally made kraut and it's delicious but pretty pricey for what is one of the world's cheapest foods (cabbage.) So I bought a @kraut_source jar topper & I've been experimenting with homemade kraut combo. It's really fun & simple! This is a purple cabbage & fennel kraut that I fermented for 10 days."
