School lunch

"I find that when food is cut up in bite sized pieces and is placed in front of my kids, more often than not they'll eat it - if they're hungry. For example, Apple slices are always eaten faster than a whole apple. If your kids aren't eating what you send for lunch, try cutting things up differently. Don't give up! It can take a number of times before they develop a taste for something."
